After more than 23 years of growing grapes for some of Napa Valley’s finest wineries, Hill Family Estate decided to produce their own wines and released their first vintage in 2001. Fast forward almost 15 years, and this family-owned winery with San Diego ties produces an impressive breadth of blends.
Try some of their best during a five-course pairing dinner with dishes by Tidal’s Chef Amy DiBiase and guided by Ryan Hill. The evening will start with a casual reception and family-style appetizers on the restaurant’s bayfront deck at 6:30pm, followed by a 7pm seating for dinner.
