The Overnighters
This documentary was the winner of the Special Jury Prize at Sundance. Panel discussion after the film lead by Professor Jason Coker, who teaches nonprofit leadership and management at California State University San Marcos and served as a pastor for 15 years.
Other panel participants include Pastor Wilk Miller, senior pastor of the First Lutheran Church of San Diego; Kris Kuntz, program analyst with Father Joe's Villages and Project 25; and Joey Ager, community organizer with the San Diego Organizing Project.
