Culinary Historians of San Diego presents "The Rise, Decline, and Rise of Food Preservation" featuring Ernest Miller, who will trace his subject from the dawn of history to present day.
Miller is a chef, historian, and educator who teaches in museums, schools, and kitchens throughout Southern California. He is lead instructor for the Master Food Preserver program in L.A. County, a Master Gardener, and Certified Sommelier. He was co-executive chef of Larchmont Charter School in West Hollywood producing fresh meals for hundreds of students daily.
