Back-to-School Conference
Conference will offer workshops to help students improve their learning and achievement. Topics include study skills, time management, vocabulary building, financial literacy, and cyber safety. Parent sessions will focus on how parents can help their children succeed with tips for regular, gifted, and special-needs students.
The conference is open to students in grades 6-12 and parents. The annual event is sponsored by the San Diego Martin Luther King Jr. Foundation in partnership with Christ United Presbyterian Church (where the conference will be held), with support from Cox Communications.
