Kick San Diego Beer Week off right and join us for an afternoon of hand-crafted dry sausages and salamis from Albert, owner and operator of Meat Men based in San Diego.
Enjoy five of his premier, small-batch sausages paired with five, 5 oz. pours of our brews to complement the meats. You pick you favorite brew for a pint at the end, included in the cost.
Albert from Meat Men and Dan Enjem, one of our brewers, will be on hand to discuss the process of creating these meats as well as the thoughts that went into the beer pairing.
Louie from Prager Brothers’ Artisan Breads will also be joining us for the afternoon with his hand-crafted breads and bavarian pretzels.
