Join us for a lively afternoon of books, food, and fun as we feature celebrated chef and author David Tanis and his latest book.
Tanis is the acclaimed author of A Platter of Figs and Other Recipes, named one of the 50 best cookbooks ever written by Britain's Guardian/Observer. His professional cooking career includes nearly 25 years as chef at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California.
We will also be introducing our new Good Earth/Great Chef pop-up store featuring specialty items such as olive oil, Chino aprons, silk screened kitchen towels, letterpress note cards, and artisan caramels.
