Behind the Scenes: Addison's Wine List
The American Institute of Wine & Food (AIWF) presents "What Does it Take to Create One of the Top Wine Lists in the Country?" Addison's wine director Elizabeth Huettinger will take us behind the scenes in what goes into creating an award-winning wine list of 37,000 bottles and directing a stellar wine program.
Addison, the nationally recognized restaurant at The Grand Del Mar, has just been named a James Beard Awards 2014 Semifinalist for Outstanding Wine Program. Addison's exclusive private label Wine Project Admin chardonnay and Wine Project Admin pinot noir will be served, along with light hors d'oeuvres by Addison's acclaimed director and executive chef William Bradley, who will also join us.
