The ability to draw the human figure is an essential skill for the trained artist. Observe and draw from a plastic skeleton. See how the human body rests on this structure and draw quick guides to symbolize the body and it's mass. Learn the basics of proportion and how to simplify the human figure. Look at different poses and discuss the challenge or ease of drawing these positions. There will be 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20-minute studies of poses. Materials list provided upon registration.
