Butcher's Brewing Six-Course Beer Dinner
A night highlighting Butcher's Brewing inspired beers with owner/brewer Rey Knight.
We'll be featuring six beers from this Santee brewery, including the unveiling of our own Riviera brew, which Rey has crafted just for us. We'll also feature some selections that put Rey on the map with local restaurants and bars, as well as some new seasonals.
Each beer will be paired with its own dinner course, crafted and prepared by chef Erin Sealy. An evening of beer, food, and stories and insights from Rey.
