Executive chef Aron Schwartz has created an irresistible menu for the occasion including: a breakfast pantry station with Brioche French Toast and other classic breakfast fare, soups made from scratch, fresh seafood, and local seasonal vegetables. Guests can also enjoy Citrus Honey Roasted Ham and Rosemary & Basil Marinated Leg of Lamb carved to order at the carving station. For something sweet, guests can indulge in an array of holiday desserts including Chef Schwartz’ Warm Toffee Bread Pudding and Lemon Meringue Tartes.
