The Exotic Tajine
Executive Chef Arleen teaches the how-to of cooking dishes such as: lamb tajine; chicken tajine with olives and preserved lemons; and a vegetable tajine. Attendees who have a tajine are asked to please bring it to class. Please wear closed toe shoes and bring an apron, a chef's knife, and containers to carry leftovers home.
