Live Well Project
Attend seminars about healthy eating and exercise. The day will also include guest speakers, breakfast and lunch, a goal setting session, and dance performances. All participants will receive donations from yoga companies, nutrition companies, local fitness facilities, and clothing and sporting companies.
For girls age 12-19. Registration required.
