Mixology Pairing Dinners
For one week, guests can enjoy a four-course menu with pairings such as roasted chestnuts with duck confit and sage brown butter paired with the Smashing Pumpkin cocktail; or the Thanksgiving Leftovers with turkey and country-ham pâté, cranberry preserves, savory stuffing bread pudding, pumpkin butter, and candied walnuts paired with a fresh Cranberry Sour.
