Poison Headache is a hardcore-influenced hard rock band featuring Phil Sgrosso (Wovenwar, As I Lay Dying), Andy Kutka (Internal Affairs), and Kyle Rosa (Longstay, Thieves and Liars). "It’s aggressive and energetic music,” says Sgrosso. “Something your parents would think is total crap, but that’s sort of the point.”

In 2016, the band teamed with Coronado Brewing Company to create a specialty Hail, Colossus beer collaboration with head brewer Ryan Brooks.

A self-titled debut album recorded at The Pit (operated by Taylor Young) and Sgrosso’s home studio was released in June 2016 via Nuclear Blast Records/Metal Blade Records, preceded by a single for "Gray Skies." A live concert video was released for the track "Rot With Me."
