Guitarist Demetrius Antuna and bassist Dario Izarraras (Lowcloudcover) front Goodbye Blue Monday, whose album Help is On the Way was released in 2007 by Loud + Clear Records (Manuok, Via Satellite). Rob Queenin, the band’s photographer, roadie, and van driver, is often called an unofficial band member.

Guitarist Matt Mournian (Calico Horse) left the band in late 2008, forming a new group with Greg Russell (Lowcloudcover) called This is Not My Life.

By the end of 2008, it appeared the semi-emo band had split for good. However, they emerged again in early 2011, to perform and promote their compilation album The World Won’t Listen.
