Background:

Based in Oceanside and influenced by old school hardcore, Corporate Citizen was founded in 2017 by Bob Meder (vocals), Dan Achin (drums), and Steve O’Brien (guitar, bass). Their What Would He Do? EP was released via Sola Basura Records, whereupon O’Brien switched over to playing guitar full time and the lineup expanded to include Hal Hannon (bass) and Louis Ramsey (guitar).

"A unique aspect about the band is that we are all in our 40s, have families, and work corporate jobs," says O’Brien. "Balancing our normal day to day responsibilities is a challenge, but we still make it a point to play loud, fast hardcore music."
