Jazz Supper Club: Danny Green
Cusp Dining & Drinks will celebrate the evolution of jazz with San Diego native and emerging artist Danny Green for their August Jazz Supper Club. The Danny Green Trio showcases a fresh perspective with a blend of Brazilian, Latin, and classic jazz elements.
As part of the experience, Chef Lockhart has created a four-course prix fixe dinner that includes selections such as Lump Crab and Ruby Red Grapefruit Salad with shaved fennel and avocado crème fraiche, Oven Roasted Trout with baby green beans and herb tapenade vinaigrette, and Red Velvet Trifle with Chantilly cream and mixed berry sorbet.
The bar will also be abuzz and serving classic cocktails and new drinks by head bartender Chris Burkett such as the Train to Nowhere: Partida Blanco tequila, fresh lime, serrano pepper syrup, and house-made strawberry jam.
