San Diego's Opera Singing Chef, Elizabeth Podsiadlo, will perform with Pandeli Lazarid of Small Opera San Diego and tenor Gerardo Gaytan, as well as pianist John Danke, bassist Patrick Anderson, and Soprano Marilyn Anderson.

This concert will also contain early American pieces played with traditional instruments, with Bill Putnam on banjo, Elizabeth Podsiadlo on guitar, and Betsy Podsiadlo on violin/fiddle.

Chef Elizabeth always feeds her audience and one of her specialties is soup. She has promised to bring her Kale Soup and her Tuscan Potato, to be served with artisan breads, tequila cranberry chutney served over hot melted brie, and sconces provided by the Carol Tree Tea House, along with assorted teas and wine. There will also be food offerings from the other teaching chefs from the La Jolla Community Center.
