Summer Immersion in yoga means consistency, guidance, and a set schedule for yoga practice. Sarah Clark, the immersion instructor states, "This 3-week course is a unique opportunity to dive deep into this ancient wisdom tradition, integrating the benefits of the practice we may experience in the studio and on our mat into more and more of our life."
