How about Kochsuck Brewery?— April 16, 2013 10:26 a.m.
Santa Fe Depot: Rush job
I'm not sure if it is what you were going for, but suddenly I'm in the mood for a nice train ride.— April 11, 2013 1:37 p.m.
Tilted Kilt: Go for the beans!
I'm guessing Visduh hasn't followed Reader for the past, what, 8-9 years? Ed is the atmosphere guy!— April 10, 2013 3:24 p.m.
Beer Week Basics: Fezziwig's
Based on just about every report I have heard about On-the-Tracks (including a few from you), I'm not sure that will be a problem for long.— November 9, 2012 2:06 p.m.
Craft beer and wine to go
You need to have a talk with your Reader colleague that usually writes the beer related articles.— October 10, 2012 10:39 a.m.
Powers to the People: I’m Coming to Del Mar Highlands
When did that Red Robin close? It usually seemed to be pretty busy to me, but maybe there were other factors at play? They definitely are stepping in that shopping center.— May 21, 2012 11:45 a.m.
Beer Touring: Wet 'N Reckless
OK, I've changed my mind again. I am so there.— March 29, 2012 1:54 p.m.
Beer Touring: Wet 'N Reckless
I'm glad you don't pull any punches; I was halfway considering giving this place a try.— March 28, 2012 4:18 p.m.
Burgers Smashing into Vista!
$8 burger joints aren't competing with the $2 burger joints; they are competing with the sit down chains (e.g. Friday's), and even some of the nicer independent restaurants. I'm sure that In-N-Out is not seeing a very big dip in its sales.— November 14, 2011 1:59 p.m.
Alpiners Pine No More -- You Can Duet
You know, I'd heard about Duet, but I've seen *a lot* of it lately at my not-so-secret liquor store. I grabbed a bunch a few weeks ago, thinking I was lucky, but I've kept seeing it there since then. I've seen it pop up a few times at Whole Foods, too, though it usually moves in hours when they have it. This probably explains that. Nice to see the brewers helping each other out.— October 26, 2011 5:16 p.m.
