Pairings include: Cabecou Feuille with Liefmans Kriekbier; La Tur with Dupont Avec Les Bons Voeux; Camembert Le Pommier with Orval; Bleu d’Auvergne with Stone Smoked Porter; Monte Enebro with Lost Abbey Cuvee de Tomme; Ballerina Gouda with Green Flash/Pizza Port Carlsbad/Stone Highway 78 Scotch Ale aged in Scotch Whisky Barrels: “Chuck/Jeff/Mitch” Blend; and Colston Bassett Stilton with J.W. Lees Harvest Ale 2006.
