Via Lago Trattoria’s Mardi Gras celebration will include discounted drinks and appetizers, as well as the jazz, Latin, and R&B-infused; tunes of pianist David Owen and vocalist Damion Willis. There will be a contest for the top outstanding masks, with prizes for the winners.
