Manor House Quarterly is a San Diego-based magazine that cultivates the cross-pollination of visual and written media. This Saturday, December 8th at Quint Contemporary Art in La Jolla, MHQ will be celebrating their fifth issue in print. This issue boasts a roster of both world renowned artists as well as many home town favorites, the likes including, Paloma Young, Phil Stern, Rae Armantrout, Morgan Manduley, Terrance Hayes, Marissa Parsons, The Tree Ring, Kelsey Brookes and more. Fittingly, our celebration of this issue will take place in the gallery that houses the mesmerizing work of our cover artist, Kelsey Brookes.

Doors will open at 6:00pm with readings at 7:00pm by Pulitzer Prize winning poet Rae Armantrout and Los Angeles poet, winner of the 2010 Omnidawn Poetry Prize, Kelli Anne Noftle. The party ends at 10:00.
