1. SUPER OPENING ACT: TOP DOG BAND

   We can only say that our first time at the Belly Up Tavern was simply a great evening made better by the opening performance of the TOP DOG BAND! After a delicious dinner at the Belly Up in Solana Beach, my wife and I eagerly anticipated attending the Gary Hoey concert. Opening that evening's rockn' roll event was TOP DOG, a spectacular high energy band that got us dancing to tunes like "Still Got The Blues" and "Whiskey Mama". We were cought up in an exuberant crowd applauding the band's melodious southern rock sound and powerful rockn' roll beat. TOP DOG was a super opening act warming the audience for Gary Hoey whose performance that evening was also unforgetable! TOP DOG........we would love to see you again!
