Today I met Sal, the artist I've been watching for a month or so creating the mural on the underpass of the 5 on Rosecrans near Pacific Coast Highway across from the Old Town Station. Panel 2 finished, panel 3 started, amazing work thanks to Sal and The Urban Corps!
