We found this cute gopher in our yard and decided to befriend him instead of treating him like a plague. He's just a little paranoid with all these kitties running around the neighborhood.
I don't think his looks are as dramatic as the Australian internet star, but he is a local celebrity to us.

i have a busy gopher in my yard in a non essential area...i love to watch his endeavors

Awww, that was really cute!! We live and let live with all the critters in our backyard, too. My kitties keep pretty good sentry during the day, but we have lots of activity at night.
