Starting September 1, Roppongi's Fireside Menu is switching seasons to fall. Here's a preview of the autumnal tastes you'll find: Note that Walla Wallas are among America's sweetest onions, comparable to Vidalias -- so imagine a soup made from them.
Available daily from 3 pm: Walla Walla Sweet Onion Soup with Braised Short Rib, Tempura Scallions Shredded Mongolian Duck Confit with Moo Shu Roll, Cilantro, Hoisin Abalone Mushroom Potsticker with Wasabi Pea Puree, Sage Butter Grilled Niman Ranch Pork Chop with Kumquat Jelly, Parsnip Puree Persimmon Cranberry Crisp with Butterscotch Gelato.
In the Lounge, you'll also find some cool snacks for cooler weather:
