One of our famous news casters on a late night weather report stated that if you want to rid yourselves of rodents, the best way is to mix some cement with some oat meal and set it under your car. Rodents love oatmeal. They will leave and never come back. I am quoting Loren Nancarrow. I would not recommend that you do this around where pets wander. Chula Vista Neighbor who has never tried this remedy.
