Chollas Lake Towers, TSA Confiscations

So if the 3 towers were removed 14 years ago, how is it that "Rebecca in Oak Park" still sees the red lights from her bedroom window? Wine before bedtime is maybe not a good idea? There is a remnant piece of one tower over in the military housing section of the original site, but I doubt that it's tall enough to require flashing red lights for a memorial structure.
