Two Borrego Clubs Close Amid Bond Default
I think Mr. Williamson is a con man. Where did he get that 50-100 years' worth of water in our aquifer? Just pulled it out of the air. Or if it is the result of some independent study, the ratepayers haven't been informed of it. The way the farms and golf courses here in Borrego are guzzling our water, 5-10 years would be a likelier guess.— January 15, 2010 11:12 a.m.
