Pain in the Glass
I think the art is great!! I think it's nice Josh will cover a party at an art event where everyone is getting some culture and not just drunk and crazy. Our world would be so drab without artists!!!— November 16, 2009 11:59 a.m.
A sampling of San Diego's vanity license plates
Fun article about the license plates and cool to see my neighbor on the video and learn the meaning of her plates.— March 3, 2009 9:23 p.m.
Talking with Peter Max
Thanks for the great interview on Peter Max!! Josh did a great job of reminding us of some the great things Peter has done during his career. I love his style of art, which has changed dramatically over the years from the cosmic style of the 1960’s to the free form style of today. Plus he celebrates color like no one else. I would have liked to have seen a larger article in the Reader because Peter has done a lot of art to promote awareness of issues that affect us all, like saving the environment, and he has donated many designs for public awareness and charitable causes.— January 29, 2009 5:50 p.m.
100 Greatest Stand-Up Comics Ever
With all the turmoil in the world today it's good to read about all these comedians and remember the funny things we've heard over the years. Especially with the death of George Carlin this week we can appreciate his humor even more.— June 26, 2008 11:06 a.m.
