Am I dumb, or is this math incorrect?: "The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators says that Virginia has the highest percentage, at 16.2 percent of plates issued. Vermont has the lowest, at 6.1 percent. At 3.49 percent, California ranks 22nd, with 1,136,772 personalized plates out of 32,592,000 registered vehicles." Not that it's a big deal, but I think Vermont's percentage should be lower than 3.49.
