Another dissatisfied customer About those dinner rolls... Ordered two dozen for Thanksgiving and picked them up Thanksgiving morning. They were all stale and tasteless two hours later. Nobody at the table of 18 guests ate one. Went back to get a refund on Friday. They said they can't find a way to give a refund!?!?!? Oh, and they admitted they had too many orders so they made them up and bagged them days before. They’ve lost my business, my family’s business and anyone else I can share this with forever. We live about a half mile away, we were customers at least twice a week. But there are a lot of restaurants and customer service drives my dollar.— November 25, 2011 4:13 p.m.
