Helicopters Hovering Over University Heights

I've lived in University Heights (2 blocks west of the UH street sign) for about 12 years now and I haven't noticed helicopter noise with any regularity. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Magic

Awesome to see a San Diego restaurant with the creativity and quality to deserve a 5-star review at last! El Bizcocho has always been one of the nicest, most civilized places to dine in the city. It's well worth venturing out of the more typical dining neighborhoods. BTW: Their area code actually is 858, and it's really off of Rancho Bernardo Road, a couple miles east of I-15. Francisco Drive must be the closest road in the housing community near it.
