Home Is Where the Variance Is
Founder - Supervisor Cox is a he, not a she, and I don't think there is anything Todd Gloria's office (or any other City of San Diego office holder or staffer) can do since this family does not live in the City of San Diego. Hopefully there will be a positive outcome for this family.— September 23, 2010 7:38 p.m.
Blackwater Sues City, Claims Its Bid for Border Facility Thwarted by Politics
So, JV and Mr. Bauder, what do you think of the City Attorney's written opinion in this case? You seem to state that "the City" is overreaching, and from my reading, the overreaching bit came about based on an opinion from Mr. Aguirre. Thoughts?— May 30, 2008 8:55 p.m.
Pathetically Amateurish AG Report Puts SD Spotlight on Brown. And Maybe on His Wife, Too, a Board Member of Jack in the Box
Perhaps you missed Aguirre on KUSI last night saying that he (and presumably his office) was going to spend night and day investigating the investigation? With all the money the City has? And his demand that the AG appear on KUSI to respond to his critique? And why no comment on Aguirre not even responding to the AG's office when they wanted to talk to him? Another question: if the AG's report had determined that the Mayor was corrupt, would you be as critical of it, or would you be saying, see, Mike was right! And now we have an unbiased report backing those allegations up!? For the record, I am not a fan of Sanders, but your bias regarding any criticism (or perceived critism as the case sometimes is) of Aguirre and his minions is ridiculous.— May 21, 2008 4:57 p.m.
