Biography

Sarka-Jonae is a novelist and health/fitness writer. She grew up in San Diego and recently published a funny women's fiction novel that takes place in San Diego. "Between Boyfriends" novel hit three Amazon best seller lists in April, making it to #3 on the Comic Fiction and #3 on the Humorous Fiction lists, as well as #32 on the women's fiction list. This is the second time her novel has been in the top 10 on best seller lists this year.
Sarka is also a former personal fitness trainer, group exercise instructor, and massage therapist. She writes for top sites like NaturalNews.com, AskTheTrainer.com, WeightTraining.com, and IntenseFitnessWorkouts.com. She maintains two blogs: NaturalHealingTipsBlog.com and BetweenBoyfriendsBlog.com.
Sarka holds a BS in Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University. She lives in RSF with her two cats and two dogs. Her novel was recently featured on EastCountyMagazine.org, where it was given a rave review. ECM called it the "ultimate chick-lit read" and a "lighthearted romp." The RSF Review, Del Mar Times, Solana Beach Sun, and Carmel Valley News recently wrote about Sarka and her best seller success as well.
