Indian Cuisine 101
Royal India Restaurant catered my daughters graduation party in July. Myself and my husband Ajay have tried almost all the Indian restaurant in San Diego and picked Royal India to catered our special party Royal India serves most authentic Indian food in elegant ambiance. I normally do not read Reader however due to online it came across. Being an Indian house wife I know alot about Indian food and I love cooking at Royal India. When we want Indian food we always go to Royal India and we are always very happy. Owners and executive chefs Sandeep Kambo and Jagdeep Kambo cook food for our parties under their supervision. My favourite at Royal India is Chilli Ginger Masala, white wine garlic curry, seekh kabab curry, shrimp butter tarka, paneer nan stuffed with farmers cheese and spices. One must try Royal India to taste good Indian food and then let Naomi know their experience.— August 25, 2008 8:47 p.m.
