Marmalade
What an excellent comprehensive review. I'm impressed by the extent of the findings & although taste is obviously objective & a personal preference I concur with most everything said. Let me start by saying I'm a transplanted Brit who naturally thinks we know everything about marmalade......lol I use it probably 6 days a week on my toast.... I also lived & worked in Seville, Spain an area that believes they 'invented' marmalade so like to think I'm in somewhat of a unique position to add my 'tuppence' worth.... I would also give top marks to King Marmalade for taste, quality & value for money - I often buy it myself. However my overall favorite on all levels is Von's (Safeway) Seville Signature Orange Marmalade - it seems to have the perfect balance of peel to jelly & a great bittersweet aftertaste. I must admit to buying the odd 'thick cut' orange or orange & lemon marmalade for a change.... Bon Appetit.....— September 17, 2016 4:59 a.m.
