Residents are powerless against these City enabled Neighborhood Changers:
Drive through not allowed --> No Problem
Not enough Parking --> No Problem
Not enough space --> No Problem
Against Neighborhood Zoning --> No Problem
Open too Late --> No Problem
Lack of Security --> No Problem
