Three seating times at 10 a.m., 12:30, and 3 p.m. To be savored along the vibrant Pacific setting, L’Auberge Del Mar’s Easter Brunch Buffet includes a Lighter Side with housemade breads, pastries, yogurt, granola and seasonal fruits; Hot Breakfast items such as Eggs Benedict and an Omelette Station; Seafood, Local Cheeses, and Farm-sourced Salads; as well as a Pasta Station, Carved Roast Leg of Lamb and Hot Smoked Salmon. Brunch entrees served in cast irons feature Baja Striped Bass, Chicken Saltimbocca, Mini Meatballs, and a Mélange of Spring Vegetables. Easter Desserts to die for are Mignardise including Pate de Fruits, Chocolate Barks and Pastel Macarons, Carrot Cupcakes, Meringue Tarts, Crème Brûlée with berries and whipped cream and more.
