Heinze, formerly of McCrady's Restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, thrives on creativity, learning new techniques and incorporating locally sourced ingredients into his cuisine. He will join forces with our own executive chef and partner, Trey Foshee, for a collaboration dinner. Meet and greet the chefs as you enjoy an intimate eight-course menu.
