Trained at Stanford University School of Medicine's Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education, Dr. Erik Conklin, Ed.D., will help you discover the neuroscience behind stress and mindfulness, the brain-body connection, and how to begin or enhance your mindfulness practices. Audio mindfulness resources will be offered to participants.
