Certified cicerone Erik Fowler and Brothers’ Provisions cheesemonger Kate will walk you through the expansive world of infused cheese. Get tips on pairing cheese, and learn how to serve and set up your own tasting. You’ll leave with samples of the cheese tasted during the class.
Here’s one example: Idiazábal, a hard cheese made from the raw milk of sheep in the Basque region of northern Spain, paired with Frankenstout Imperial Stout (“with 96 yeast strains”).
