This class was created by Sommelier George Franceschi specifically with you in mind!  George is a Certified Sommelier, Doemens Beer Sommelier, Master Tequilier, Certified Sake Professional, Master of Service, Certified Bartender and Cicerone Beer Server.

You'll drink, eat and learn different champagne styles, the basics for evaluating a glass of champagne and how to confidently order champagne at a restaurant, social gathering, or a wine shop.

For each type of beverage, Sommelier George Franceschi covers the essential history, manufacturing information, varieties available, tasting and pairing information. He also includes sections on service, storage, and wine list preparation for a full understanding of every aspect of beverage service.
