Alfresco dinner from the Lodge's executive chef Jeff Jackson, Food Network star and executive chef of elements at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Beau MacMillan, and Carrie Nahabedian of the Michelin-starred NAHA.
The chefs are "getting the band back together" to create a family style menu that pays homage to Southern California's fresh and sustainable local cuisine with wine pairings from a trifecta of wineries from NorCal neighbors, the Napa and Russian River Valley. Former A.R. Valentien chefs de cuisine Timothy Kolanko, Kara Snyder, Pete Balestreri, Paul Arias, and Steven Reimer join.
