New Year’s Eve Dinner

The six-course dinner menu includes fresh, sophisticated protein from both land and under-the-sea. Start the meal with a Lobster Salad paired with persimmons and pepitas, and a Carrot Bisque with tender pork belly. Next up, the main plates of Beef Tenderloin with red wine reduction and potato bacon cake, and the Sesame Crusted Tuna perfected by mango habanero sauce, glazed fennel, cilantro, and roasted garlic polenta. Last but not least, Sirena’s Passion Fruit (white chocolate crème brûlée with candied cancha ice cream) and the Sacher Torte featuring homemade yogurt ice cream and berries. The dinner will come with a glass of wine and live music.
