The strawberries are ripening and we are ready to make them into jam. Using the freshest local fruits and unique ingredients such balsamic vinegar and wine, you will learn how to make two jams using the hot pack canning method.
Is the thought of biting into a freshly pickled asparagus spear right up your alley? We'll be working together to prepare delicious vegetables in ingredients such as shallots, garlic, tarragon and rosemary.
