Former Marine Colonel Len Hayes will lead a round table discussion of “The Application of U.S. Military Power in Iraq & Syria,” the first in our new “U.S. Foreign Policy” series, providing insight into military limitations in planning and using military power in the current military situation.
Colonel Len Hayes was born in Alhambra, California. He graduated with a BA in Political Science/History and was commissioned in USMC 1963. Colonel Hayes’ career included earning an MA at Whittier College in Educational Psychology and an MA at National War College in National Security Issues. He retired USMC, 1991. Has served as Emergency Manager Orange County, California and as Executive Director First Marine Division Association.
