The Exotic Tajine
Join executive chef Arleen for instruction on how to cook lamb tajine, chicken tajine with olives and preserved lemons, and a vegetable tajine.
If you have a tajine, please bring it to class. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring an apron, a chef's knife, and containers to carry your leftovers home.
Preregistration is required as seating is limited.
