Mindfulness, Writing, and Growth
You will learn body-mind integrative practices to work with negative thinking, difficult emotions, and unpleasant sensations. We will explore, through writing prompts, mindfulness and positive psychology (study of scientific exercises with scientific study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals to thrive) ways to deepen your connection with yourself, others and the world around you.
